1. Call for Papers: CyCon 2023. The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence calls for submissions to the legal track of the 15th International Conference on Cyber Conflict (CyCon), to be held from 30 May – 2 June 2023 in Tallinn, Estonia. CyCon is a prominent multidisciplinary conference, combining academic research with high-level policy perspectives on technical, legal, strategy and military aspects of cyber defence and security.
